I just watched the first of what will be many virtual clinics/seminars that I will attend, all taught by Zoe, and all I can say is WOW. Zoe is so knowledgable in her field, and she gives really practical tips to help make adjustments/ improvements in your day-to-day workouts. Beyond her skills as a physical therapist and instructor, she is an all around enthusiastic and engaging human, which really makes learning all the more pleasant. She is really easy to understand + follow along with, and she has a gift for making everyone that works with her feel welcome in the amazing community of athletes she is bringing together.
