Nutrition
You will learn the importance of each vitamin and mineral including:
- Its role in your body
- Food sources
- Common deficiencies
- List of the blood work to request from your doctor
- Putting together a plate
- How to fuel throughout the day
Mental Health
In this section, you will learn about:
- Emotions
- Thoughts
- Actions
- The roles between them
- What is in and out of our control
- Homework and workshops to address our emotions and thoughts

We have found, as practitioners, that what should be common knowledge is not and we want to make sure that you know how to take care of your body, not only for everyday life, but also to pursue your outdoor passions. This program will go into detail about each of the pillars AND will help you learn how to make improvements, so that you can optimize your health in each category!
